About
Hi, I'm your Sugar Land dietitian
I'm a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) based in Sugar Land, TX, specializing in medical nutrition therapy for adults navigating complex health conditions — from diabetes and kidney disease to GI disorders, eating disorders, and neurodivergent nutrition needs.
My story & approach
I became a dietitian because I believe food should feel like nourishment — not a source of stress, confusion, or guilt. Too many of my clients come to me having tried every diet, followed every rule, and still feel like they're failing. That's not a personal failure. That's a system that wasn't built for them.
My approach is evidence-based, individualized, and deeply practical. I don't hand out generic meal plans. I take the time to understand your health history, your lifestyle, your food preferences, and your goals — and then we build something that actually works for your real life.
I specialize in medical nutrition therapy, which means I work closely with your medical team to ensure your nutrition plan supports your overall treatment. Whether you're managing a new diabetes diagnosis, navigating CKD, or working through a complicated relationship with food, I'm here to be a knowledgeable, compassionate partner in your care.

An evidence-based, individualized approach
Every recommendation I make is grounded in peer-reviewed research and current clinical guidelines from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Diabetes Association, and the National Kidney Foundation — then adapted to fit your real life.
Peer-reviewed evidence
Nutrition recommendations backed by current clinical research — not trends, not fads. I follow the science and translate it into practical guidance you can actually use.
Individualized to you
No two patients are the same. I review your labs, health history, medications, food preferences, and lifestyle before making a single recommendation.
Collaborative care
I work alongside your physician, nephrologist, endocrinologist, or other providers — sharing progress notes and coordinating care so your nutrition plan supports your full treatment.

What I believe
Evidence over trends
I follow the science, not the latest diet fad. My recommendations are grounded in peer-reviewed research and clinical guidelines.
Individualized, always
There is no one-size-fits-all nutrition plan. Every recommendation I make is tailored to your specific health, preferences, and life.
Compassion without judgment
Food and health are deeply personal. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest about your struggles and goals.
Practical over perfect
A realistic plan you can follow beats a perfect plan you can't. We build strategies that fit your actual life — not an idealized version of it.
